1 ½ oz Duke Bourbon
½ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
2-3 mint leaves
Top with ginger beer
Candied ginger or mint spring for garnish
1. Roll mint to release essential oils.
2. Add ingredients 1-3 to a shaker with ice and shake.
3. Strain into a Collins glass or a mule mug filled with ice.
7 ½ oz Duke Bourbon
2 ½ oz fresh lime juice
1 ¼ oz simple syrup
10 mint leaves
Ginger beer
Candied ginger or mint spring for garnish
1. Roll mint to release essential oils.
2. Add ingredients 1-3 to a 60 oz. pitcher and stir.
3. Pour into mule mugs with ice and top with ginger beer.
