1 oz Duke Bourbon
½ oz Atlantico Reserva
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz coconut cream
½ oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
8-10 leaves of fresh mint
½ oz Float of Fernet Branca
Fresh pineapple, Amarena cherry, mint spring for garnish
1. Roll mint and drop into an empty Collins glass.
2. Top with crushed ice.
3. Shake 1-6 times with ice.
4. Strain over crushed ice.
5. Top with Fernet Branca.

5 oz pineapple juice
20 leaves of fresh mint
2 ½ oz Float of Fernet Branca

3. Combine liquid ingredients into a 60 oz. pitcher and stir.
4. Pour over crushed ice.
5. Top with Fernet Branca.
