1. Dissolve sugar cube with bitters.
2. Add Duke Bourbon and bitters and stir over ice.
3. Strain into a champagne flute.
4. Top with sparkling wine.

3 dashes angostura bitters
1 sugar cube or spoonful of simple syrup

5 oz Duke Bourbon
15 dashes angostura bitters
5 sugar cubes or spoonful of simple syrup

1. Dissolve sugar cubes with bitters.
2. Add Duke Bourbon and bitters to a 60 oz. pitcher and stir.
3. Pour into champagne flutes.
4. Top with sparkling wine.
